For more than 25 years, Alibi’s has been a go-to spot for handcrafted, classic American cooking, and cool drinks that hit the spot after a tough day at work. While our restaurant used to be only open to the 21-and-older crowd, it has been re-envisioned by Proprietor Chris Lauer into a family-style grill and gathering place. Today, Alibi’s is open to customers of all ages who are craving tasty food and a fun setting to enjoy it in.
